1Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") are established by dian4d ("Platform", "We", "dian4d") and apply to all users who access or use the dian4d platform via the website at dian4d.ws or any related application.

By accessing, registering for, or using the dian4d platform in any capacity, you ("User", "Player", "Member") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and all additional guidelines that may be published from time to time.

Dian4d reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically. Your continued use of the dian4d platform after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

2Account Eligibility

To register and use the dian4d platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Be at least 18 years of age on the date of registration
• Acting as an individual in a personal capacity, and not as a representative or agent of any other party
• Not currently undergoing bankruptcy proceedings or declared bankrupt
• Not legally prohibited from participating in online betting activities under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction
• Have never been suspended or banned from the dian4d platform previously
• Registering for personal use and not for commercial or business purposes

Dian4d reserves the right to request proof of identity or age at any time. Failure to provide the required documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in your account being suspended until verification is complete. dian4d is not liable for any losses incurred during the verification period.

3Registration & Account Management

Each individual is only permitted to register and maintain one (1) active account on the dian4d platform at all times. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or device information — is a serious violation of these terms.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including:

• Full name as shown on your identification document (MyKad or Passport)
• A valid and active email address
• An active Malaysian mobile number
• Exact date of birth for age verification
• Bank or e-wallet details for withdrawal purposes

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your dian4d account username and password. Never share your login credentials with anyone. dian4d will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your own negligence in safeguarding your account information.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

Dian4d processes all financial transactions in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, FPX Maybank2u, and CIMB Clicks.

Deposit Policy:

• Minimum deposit: RM30 per transaction
• Deposited funds will be credited to your dian4d account in under 60 seconds
• No processing fees are charged on deposits
• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name — third-party transfers are not permitted

Withdrawal Policy:

• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per transaction
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 15 to 30 minutes
• VIP Gold and Diamond members enjoy faster withdrawal processing — typically within 10 minutes
• Daily withdrawal limits for standard members: RM5,000; no limit for VIP Diamond members
• Dian4d reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal that exceeds a specified limit
• Withdrawals will only be credited to a bank account or digital wallet registered under the same name as the dian4d account

Dian4d reserves the right to suspend or decline a withdrawal if there are indications of fraudulent activity, hacking, or other unresolved breaches of our terms. In such cases, we will contact you via your registered email for further information.

5Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

Dian4d offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members, including a Welcome Bonus of up to RM388, weekly cashback, free bets, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as specified separately on each promotion's page.

General Terms for All dian4d Bonuses:

• Each bonus may only be claimed one time only unless otherwise stated
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, sold or directly converted to cash
• Wagering requirements must be met within the stated bonus validity period — expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses is a serious violation and may result in all accounts being frozen along with forfeiture of all funds and bonuses
• Dian4d reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any bonus at any time if fraud or abuse is suspected
• Some games may not contribute fully toward bonus wagering requirements — please check the details on the Promotions or Welcome Bonus for more information

6Betting & Gaming Rules

Dian4d offers Sports Betting covering football (Malaysia Super League, English Premier League, La Liga and more), badminton (BWF World Tour, All England, Malaysia Open), tennis, cricket, e-sports, and over 25 other sports categories. The dian4d platform also features live casino games including roulette, baccarat, blackjack and slots.

• All bets are considered final once confirmed by the dian4d system
• Bets cannot be cancelled or modified after confirmation except under specific circumstances such as match cancellation
• In the event a match is postponed and not resumed within 24 hours, all related bets will be refunded at odds of 1.00
• Dian4d reserves the right to void any bets placed on incorrect odds resulting from technical or human error
• Bets placed using funds derived from fraud, hacking, or other illegal activities will be voided and the funds forfeited
• Minimum and maximum betting limits are displayed on the betting interface for each market

For Live Casino games including roulette and baccarat, all game outcomes are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear and verifiable evidence of a technical error. Any dispute must be submitted within 24 hours of the game taking place.

7Prohibited Conduct

Use of the dian4d platform is subject to strict standards of conduct. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account suspension or closure:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's identity
• Using automation software, bots, scripts or any technological tools to manipulate dian4d games or systems
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting results (match-fixing, collusion)
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs or system loopholes for unfair advantage
• Evading or attempting to evade the identity verification (KYC) process
• Using funds derived from illegal activities to make deposits on dian4d
• Abusing bonus or promotional programmes in any manner
• Threatening, insulting or harassing dian4d customer service staff

Dian4d reserves the right to pursue legal action against any individual involved in fraudulent or illegal activities that affect the platform or other users. All relevant information will be provided to the appropriate authorities when required.

8Account Closure & Suspension

You may close your dian4d account at any time by contacting our support team via email at support@dian4d.ws. Before the closure is processed, all outstanding wagering requirements must be fulfilled and any eligible remaining balance will be returned to your original payment method.

Dian4d reserves the right to suspend or close an account unilaterally in the following situations:

• Violation of any section of these Terms & Conditions
• Identity verification failed or false information provided during registration
• Fraudulent activity, hacking, or prohibited conduct as outlined in Section 7
• Requests from legal authorities or relevant enforcement bodies
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months

In the event an account is closed due to a breach of terms, dian4d reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms fraud, the entire balance may be forfeited.

9Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

The dian4d platform is provided on an "as-is" basis without any express or implied warranties. dian4d does not guarantee that the platform will always be free from technical disruptions, errors, or viruses. However, we make every effort to maintain platform uptime at 99.9%.

• Dian4d is not liable for any financial losses arising from service interruptions, technical errors beyond our control, or the actions of third parties
• Dian4d is not liable for any indirect, consequential or punitive damages arising from the use of the platform
• You acknowledge that betting activities carry financial risk and that you are solely responsible for your own betting decisions
• Dian4d does not provide financial advice or guarantee winnings in any form

10Amendments to Terms & Conditions

Dian4d reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. dian4d will endeavour to notify members of material changes via email or in-platform notifications; however, it remains your responsibility to review this page periodically.

The "Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised whenever changes are published. Your continued use of the dian4d platform after any changes are published constitutes your full acceptance of the amended terms.

If you do not agree with any changes made, you have the right to close your account and discontinue use of the dian4d platform. Closing your account will not affect any rights you had prior to the changes taking effect.
